Socket.dev is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Seattle-area manufacturing facility. You will drive operational excellence, lead both skilled and unskilled labor, and ensure safe, efficient production and on-time shipping.

Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, cost control, maintenance planning, and reporting. Strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of prior experience as an operations manager.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001.
• 5+ years of leadership in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations to ensure accurate, on-time shipping of orders.
• Lead the warehouse to monitor KPI’s and drive continuous improvement.
• Control costs, equipment and process efficiency, and productivity.
• Oversee maintenance programs and asset upkeep.
• Prepare timely activity and daily reports and manage budgets.
