Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a skilled leader to oversee daily operations across one or more teams in Kentucky, coaching staff, and driving performance to meet service goals.

You will build a strong team through hiring, onboarding, recognition, and development, while ensuring procedures, controls, and audits are followed. You’ll work with multiple teams to improve workflows and stay updated on industry practices to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, such as a lead, supervisor, work director, or team manager.
• Experience overseeing workflows, coaching employees, and driving team performance in an operations, service, or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations by setting priorities, assigning work, and managing workflows to meet service and productivity goals.
• Coach and develop employees through regular feedback, mentoring, training, and performance conversations.
• Build a strong team by supporting hiring, onboarding, recognition, development, and employee engagement.
• Monitor processes and performance to identify issues, address challenges, and maintain service standards.
• Ensure operational procedures, controls, security requirements, and audit standards are followed.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen the overall customer and employee experience.
• Partner with teams across the organization to improve workflows and implement effective solutions.
• Stay current on industry practices and technology to support continuous improvement and team development.
