Community Bank, N.A. is seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead a small team and oversee branch operations in Kentucky. You will supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, manage cash controls, and support sales and customer service goals.

Qualified candidates have an A.A.S. degree or equivalent, 4+ years in banking, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Travel to other local branches may be required.

Qualifications

• A.A.S. degree or equivalent with banking education.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum four (4) years in related positions.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise branch staff and operations, with lending oversight.
• Develop growth, sales, and profit objectives with management.
• Solicit new business and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls; oversee reports.
• Travel to other branches as needed to support staffing.
