Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisor or leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage banking center sales goals for loans and deposits.
• Develop and promote the sales culture within the banking center.
• Ensure staff training and coaching to achieve goals.
• Oversee branch operations, audits, and cash control.
• Represent the bank in community and service organizations.
• Build relationships with customers and partners to grow business.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
