Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists for superior customer service.
• Offer direction to staff in operations, service, and client care.
• Manage financial performance, including revenue growth and expense control.
• Daily travel throughout territory visiting clients and assisting specialists.
• Submit required reports weekly, monthly, and yearly.
