AdaptHealth is seeking a Lead Operations Specialist to support the Operations Team across regions. The role includes training, mentoring, and serving as a subject matter expert. You may also deliver and set up medical equipment as needed.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, onboarding, tracking performance metrics, and implementing workflow improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance with Medicare guidelines and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Medicare/healthcare payer policies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide team members in daily operations and complex case resolution.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for operations and client engagement teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to improve productivity.
• Develop and implement process improvements and optimize workflows.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
