Responsibilities

• Supervise team in daily operations, resolve complex cases and escalations.
• Lead team meetings, onboarding and ongoing staff training.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching and improvement guidance.
• Serve as escalation point for complex customer issues and regulatory questions.
• Drive process improvements and workflow optimization.
• Partner with leadership on staffing, scheduling and resource planning.
• Maintain Medicare guidelines, payer policies, and regulatory changes guiding decisions.
• Analyze and report team performance and key metrics.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and AdaptHealth policies; complete required training.
