AdaptHealth is seeking a Lead Operations Specialist to support the Operations Team across regions. You will mentor staff, train new hires, and may deliver and set up medical equipment as needed.

You’ll supervise, coach, and optimize workflows, stay current with Medicare guidelines, and ensure accurate documentation and coordination with insurance carriers. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving in a healthcare setting.

Formación

• Experience in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center or management.
• Knowledge of Medicare, payer policies, clinical documentation, and regulatory changes.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise team members and coordinate daily operations.
• Lead onboarding, training, and staff development for operations and client engagement teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to achieve KPIs.
• Develop process improvements and optimize workflows.
• Review documentation for accuracy including insurance verification and pre-authorizations.
