Race Service is seeking an Operations Administrator in Los Angeles to own schedules, onboarding, and cross‑project coordination. You sit at the center of production, ensuring the paperwork and systems move smoothly and without friction.

• 5–7 years in operations, business operations, or production administration.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with ownership.
• Comfort with ops/HR/finance platforms and vendor coordination.
• Ability to maintain sensitivity around personnel data and payroll.
• Proactive, systematizing mindset with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Track in-house and external project schedules and flag conflicts early.
• Own onboarding for new hires and contractors, including access and docs.
• Support People Ops: records, PTO, benefits, compliance.
• Coordinate with COO/Director of Ops on People & Culture initiatives.
• Manage weekly wrapbook checks and payroll-related workflows.
• Maintain Shared Drive, Google, and Slack access hygiene for hires.
