Job summary

Subject is seeking an Operations Support Manager in Los Angeles to serve as the connective tissue between the Account Management team and the operational engine that keeps our partner base running smoothly.

This role focuses on absorbing high-complexity issues, coordinating with CS, Product, and Support, and driving resolution while improving internal processes. Onsite in LA, reporting to VP of Ops, with growth in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business operations, CS operations, deal desk, or complex account support with customer/partner-facing exposure.
• Ability to manage ambiguous, high-complexity problems end to end without heavy oversight.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Account Management, Support, and Product.
• Excellent organizational skills with recurring cadences and ad hoc requests.
• Process-oriented mindset with an eye for systematizing recurring work.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve complex partner issues spanning onboarding, billing, product configuration, and support.
• Own operational backstops for the Account Management team and ensure timely resolutions.
• Track and report on partner health metrics to CS and Ops leadership.
• Build and refine internal processes and documentation to prevent recurring issues.
• Flag operational risk on complex accounts in collaboration with AMs.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and drive standardized processes.
