Vuly Play in Los Angeles is seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to bridge our physical logistics network and technology infrastructure. In this hands-on role you won't write code, but you will make operations run more efficiently by diagnosing bottlenecks and translating them into automated system requirements for our in-house team.

You will manage day-to-day relationships with 3PLs and carriers, supervise invoicing, monitor service levels and forecasted volumes, and drive end-to-end supply

Responsibilities

• Diagnose bottlenecks across the fulfilment network and define automated system requirements.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships with 3PLs, LTL providers, and installers.
• Approve invoices, audit freight billing, and support cash flow timing.
• Monitor metrics and translate forecasts into actionable supplier decisions.
