Array Corporation is seeking an Operations Lead! The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing daily onsite operations to ensure service runs efficiently and customer needs are met. In this role, they support employee performance by providing guidance, coaching, and accountability while maintaining a productive and positive work environment. The Operations Lead assists with workforce planning, including team scheduling, attendance tracking, and ensuring adequate coverage to meet operational demands. They also play a key role in talent management by supporting the hiring process, onboarding new employees, and contributing to the ongoing development and growth of team members. Additionally, they review operational data and performance reports to identify trends, address challenges, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall site performance.
