Job summary

East Coast Facilities, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to direct service delivery, oversee fleet, procurement, and field staff, and maintain master schedules in the MA market. The role interfaces with sales and production teams to ensure timely, quality service across exterior maintenance and related facilities work.

The candidate will coordinate scheduling, manage budgets, and lead crews to uphold safety, quality, and client satisfaction while reporting to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities

• Keeps master scheduling tools updated at all times.
• Updates fleet and local item library with current data.
• Manages fulfillment systems and production calendars.
• Coordinates master schedules and provides operational schedules to Account Executives and Production Managers.
• Ensures fleet needs are aligned with production requirements and communicates with the DOO.
• Manages Fleet Supervisor and all repair and maintenance needs of assigned fleet.
• Manages fleet inventory systems and 5s Leader; oversees Field Supervisors and Production Managers.
• Creates incident reports per policy for accidents or close calls.
• Drives Exits and Ingress standards.
