Job summary

East Coast Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead crews across service centers. You will oversee 3-5 Crew Leaders or more, coordinate with Field Supervisors, and ensure safe, on-time production and accurate costing.

In this role you will partner with the Operations Manager on scheduling, asset upkeep, client communications, and supporting sales through estimates and proposals. Travel may be required to serve multiple sites, and a strong command of English is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is required.
• Travel throughout the market served by the local Service Center may be required.

Responsibilities

• Planning & Scheduling: Schedules production with the Operations Manager, sources and delivers materials, prints tickets, and reviews job costing reports.
• Production: Supervises field crews, ensures safety and quality, maintains fleet and uniforms, and communicates progress to clients and Operations Manager.
• Sales & Sales Support: Assists with estimating and proposal preparation, presents proposals to customers as requested by leadership.
• Recruiting, Training & Development: Conducts interviews, hires field workers, trains crews, and supports career development of employees.
