Job summary

East Coast Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to oversee field crews, fleet, and materials for service centers. The role involves planning, dispatching, supervision, and cost control across projects, with client communication handled through the Operations Manager.

The PM will coordinate with the Operations Manager, supervise crews, ensure safety and quality, and support training and development while maintaining adherence to company standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production with the Operations Manager.
• Source, pick up and deliver materials to the Service Center or job sites.
• Purchase supplies using company card or requisition system.
• Print and deliver work tickets to Crew Leaders.
• Close production tickets in Omnia-SDS and review job costing reports.
• Oversee Egress and ensure compliance with the ECF Egress Standard.
• Dispatch crews and coordinate with other PMs or Ops Manager for shortages.
• Supervise field crews and manage production hours and material budgets.
• Maintain safety, production and quality guidelines in the field.
• Ensure fleet is maintained and repairs scheduled timely.
• Maintain uniforms, grooming and facility cleanliness to standards.
• Complete essential paperwork and reports for management.
• Communicate with clients and update Operations Manager.
