Job summary

Emergency Restoration Xperts (ERX) is seeking an Office Manager to run the branch, support project and field teams, and maintain accurate documentation to keep jobs moving on schedule.

With strong attention to detail and organization, you will serve as the central communication hub for admin functions, coordinate with clients, insurers, and vendors, and drive operational excellence across the office. This role is on-site in a restoration environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years in restoration or construction preferred.
• Strong customer service and cross-functional communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Teams; familiarity with job management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations and drive process improvements.
• Handle AR for projects, job file maintenance, vendor lists, and past-due accounts.
• Maintain accurate project files including contracts, estimates, invoices, and insurance docs.
• Assist in reconciling project budgets and tracking expenses.
• Coordinate with clients, insurers, and third-party admins for timely admin duties.
