Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead (PT) to support store processes, uphold company standards, and drive sales in a warehouse-format store in Orange Park, FL. The role includes opening/closing, training, and task delegation while promoting ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.

The OL will work with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, meet labor standards, and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

At least 18 years old.
High School Diploma/Equivalent.
Background Check will be completed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs to move merchandise.
Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods and reach with hands.
Ability to bend, climb, and work independently or in a team.
Sharp attention to detail and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

Perform store opening, closing, and Front-End processes with accuracy and readiness.
Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, labor standards, and customer experience.
Plan and execute daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to meet store goals.
Support inventory control, safety, shrink reduction, and loss prevention.
Lead training, coaching, and performance monitoring to improve productivity.
Use team huddles and daily interactions to reinforce customer experience initiatives.
Handle freight processes for incoming shipments and transitions.
Sort, stock, and maintain neat, organized shelves and end caps.
Fulfill other duties as needed based on business needs.
Maintain open availability for nights and weekends.
