Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead for a full-time role in a warehouse-format store. The position supports the store operations, opening/closing, and daily tasks while upholding safety, ethics, and company standards designed to drive sales.

The OL will train, coach, and delegate tasks, coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager, and manage freight, inventory, and customer experience. Open availability for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods.
• Team leadership and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening, closing, and front-end processes with accuracy and safety.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and meet labor standards and metrics.
• Plan and delegate daily/weekly tasks to meet store and sales goals.
• Assist in inventory control, shrink, safety, and loss prevention to keep store profitable.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Lead freight processing, stocking, and end cap maintenance to keep shelves neat.
