Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and move 100 lbs with team.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable, ethical team player focused on safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store operations and front-end processes.
• Coordinate staffing with Assistant Store Manager to meet traffic and sales goals.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly zone workloads.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Communicate store updates via daily huddles.
• Handle freight processes and stocking duties.
• Perform other duties as needed; maintain availability for nights/weekends.
