Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead to support store operations, drive a high-sales culture, and ensure adherence to company standards. The role covers opening, closing, training, and task delegation while maintaining safety and ethical conduct in a warehouse-format store environment.

The OL will work closely with the Operations Manager to maximize staffing effectiveness, manage labor models, and ensure smooth daily operations, including freight handling and shelf maintenance.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise communication skills (verbal, written, comprehension).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. to move merchandise.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to standards and processes.

• Ability to train, lead, and motivate others to achieve store goals.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store operations and Front-End processes, ensuring readiness and security.
• Coordinate staffing with Operations Manager to support traffic, sales, and customer experience.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to meet store and sales goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, shrink, and loss prevention.
• Drive productivity through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Lead daily huddles and team communication to reinforce customer experience.
