Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead – PT to support store processes and drive a selling culture while upholding company standards. The Operations Lead will handle opening, closing, training, and task delegation, in addition to safety and compliance in a warehouse-format store environment.

The role requires physical duties, lift capacity of 50 lbs with occasional heavier handling, and open availability including nights and weekends to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and move 100 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with safety and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and manage front-end processes.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to maximize staffing and meet labor standards.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly tasks to achieve store and sales goals.
• Support inventory control, shrink, safety, and loss prevention.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Conduct daily huddles and internal communications.
• Process freight and maintain shelves, end caps, and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as needed; open availability nights and weekends.
