Collectors Universe is seeking a Project Manager to run the day-to-day operations for PSA Verified and Vault as a Service, turning approved work into shipped product. You will coordinate inventory, shipping updates, and billing while aligning with procurement, finance, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, logistics, supply-chain, fulfillment, or e-commerce coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple parallel workstreams on deadline and keep shipments on time.

Responsibilities

• Own the production-and-fulfillment pipeline end-to-end for PSA Verified and Vault as a Service programs.
• Serve as the ops-point of contact for partners, tracking inventory flow, shipping updates, and statuses.
• Manage packaging and supplies procurement, vendor orders, and invoicing to avoid production delays.
• Support revenue reporting and billing, compile per-order paperwork and monthly invoice trackers, and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Coordinate design approvals and marketing deliverables, ensuring written approvals and on-schedule publishing.
