Responsibilities

• Oversee order management and fulfillment, ensuring accurate entry and timely delivery.
• Handle finance follow-ups, credits and returns per policy.
• Maintain strong client communications with concierge services and end customers.
• Coordinate IT-related tasks; liaise with IT for Booster and My Copilot issues.
• Use data analytics to monitor performance and identify trends.
