Job summary

Richemont's New York flagship seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee inventory, optimize processes, and lead the operations team. Reporting to the Boutique Director, this role drives profitability and seamless store functioning.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating cycle counts, managing deliveries, ensuring product availability, and upholding store safety. Prior luxury retail experience and proficiency with SAP/Excel/Word are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in retail sales and operations.
• 2+ years' management or supervisory experience.
• Experience ideally in the Retail luxury sector with a high affinity for luxury products.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through competencies.
• Strong organization, task-management, and logistics skill set.
• Competent computer skills (e.g., SAP, Excel, Word).
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 20lb boxes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize boutique operational activities including inventory management and processes.
• Lead and develop the operations team and ensure collaboration across stores and partners.
• Maintain stock accuracy and organize stock rooms efficiently.
