Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail sales and operations.
• 2+ years in management or supervisory roles.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Strong organization and logistics capabilities.
• Proficient with SAP, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize boutique operations and inventory control.
• Lead and develop the operations team and store leadership.
• Ensure stock accuracy and perform cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Coordinate deliveries, replenishment, and returns.
• Maintain safe, compliant stockrooms and shop floors.
• Collaborate with supply chain to improve product availability.
• Uphold brand standards and exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in morning briefings and align with store objectives.
