Job summary

Capital One’s Enterprise Learning & Development team seeks a Sr. Associate to support Leadership College operations, including flagship speaker series and centralized learning assets.

You will manage end-to-end event mechanics, maintain repositories, and drive core project workflows with stakeholders across the enterprise. You’ll bridge strategy and execution, owning critical processes, SOPs, and documentation while partnering with Learning Consultants and Program Managers to ensure seamless,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or Military Experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in Project Management, Process Management or Learning & Development.
• 1 year in event management or supporting tactical program logistics.
• Experience using Jira or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution, scheduling, room setup, virtual technology and event logistics for Leadership College’s flagship speaker series.
• Own and curate the central Learning & Development speaker repository with profiles and topics.
• Triage Jira tickets from Learning Consultants and coordinate fulfillment of course needs.
• Support scheduling and logistics for coaching intake and enterprise-wide sessions.
• Maintain Enterprise Learning Portfolio, SOPs, and project repositories.
• Update process documentation to drive efficiency and operational excellence across the team.
