Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or Military Experience.
• 1+ year in Project Management, Process Management, or Learning & Development.
• 1+ year in event management or logistics support.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years in Project/Process Management.
• 2+ years in event management and logistics.
• Experience using Jira or similar systems.
• Experience maintaining knowledge bases and shared drives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end event mechanics and logistics for Leadership College initiatives.
• Maintain key resource repositories and drive core project management workflows.
• Coordinate inbound requests and triage Jira tickets from Learning Consultants.
• Support coaching intake and enterprise-wide coaching sessions.
• Update Enterprise Learning Portfolio, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Partner with consultants, program managers, and external partners to ensure materials and communications are prepared.
