Job summary

Capital One's Enterprise Learning & Development team is seeking a Senior Associate to support logistics, core workflows, and horizontal operations that keep Leadership College running. You will lead end-to-end event execution, manage resource repositories, and partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to deliver seamless, impactful experiences for our leaders.

In this role you will own operational processes, maintain SOPs, and drive project-management workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; military experience acceptable.
• 1+ year in Project Management, Process Management or Learning & Development.
• 1+ year in event management or tactical program logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event execution, scheduling, room setup, virtual technology and event logistics for Leadership College's flagship speaker series for enterprise leaders.
• Own and curate the central Learning & Development speaker repository, maintaining up-to-date speaker profiles, topic areas and contact history.
• Monitor, triage, and project manage incoming Jira tickets from Learning Consultants, coordinating fulfillment for Leadership College course needs and operational requests.
• Support delivery, scheduling and logistics for coaching intake and enterprise-wide coaching closed sessions.
• Own the ongoing updates, organization and integrity of the Enterprise Learning Portfolio, process documentation, team drives and project repositories.
• Continually update and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation to drive efficiency and operational excellence across the team.
