Job summary

CloudKitchens in San Francisco is seeking an Associate Operations Manager to oversee daily facility operations, manage a dedicated team, ensure safety and cleanliness, and drive onboarding of new restaurant partners. You will coordinate sales outreach, support partner retention, report KPI metrics, and contribute to planning with management.

The role is onsite in SF with a base salary range of $70,000–$78,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Operations Management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Employee Management/Assistant Management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Restaurant Management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Property Management: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a dedicated facility team, handling scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Manage an efficient order fulfillment process and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage a janitorial team; uphold cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and communication across teams and departments.
• Lead facility tours and sales pitches to prospective restaurant partners; maintain relationships to set expectations and identify opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners; onboard new partners and manage onboarding strategy.
• Manage partner experience to prevent churn and extend partner lifecycle.
• Participate in planning sessions, review KPI metrics, and contribute to goal setting.
• Manage and report the facility P&L and understand key profitability drivers.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance audits on HVAC, refrigeration, water heaters, and ice machines.
