Job summary

CloudKitchens is seeking an Associate Operations Manager for its Los Angeles-area cloud kitchen facilities to oversee daily operations, facility maintenance, partner onboarding, and top-tier customer support. You will lead a kitchen operations team, manage customer relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure on-time launches and high partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Operations Management experience: 2 years preferred.
• Employee/Assistant management: 2 years preferred.
• Restaurant management: 2 years preferred.
• Property management: 2 years preferred.
• Online food delivery market is expanding rapidly in the US.
• Collaborative environment with cross-team support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train facility team; scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Manage order fulfillment and customer service.
• Oversee janitorial team; enforce sanitation and safety compliance.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment across teams.
• Lead facility tours and sales pitches to restaurants; relationship building.
• Develop internal relationships to set expectations with customers and identify value-added opportunities.
• Be the primary point of contact for restaurant partners and oversee onboarding, permits, platform setup, and launch planning.
• Monitor KPI metrics and report to management; contribute to goal setting.
• Manage the facility P&L and understand key profitability drivers.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections on HVAC/refrigeration/water heaters/ice machines; coordinate with vendors.
