Job summary

Atoms seeks an Associate Operations Manager for our San Francisco office to oversee daily operations, ensure facility maintenance, onboard new restaurant partners, and deliver top-tier customer support.

You will lead a facility team, manage scheduling and training, ensure sanitation and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with other teams to maximize partner success and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing restaurant operations.
• Team leadership and scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a facility team, handling scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Manage an efficient order fulfillment process and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage janitorial teams; uphold cleaning and sanitation protocols per health regulations.
• Cultivate a positive work environment and coordinate cross-functional communication.
• Lead facility tours and sales pitches to onboard restaurants and partners.
• Develop internal relationships to set expectations with customers and identify value-added opportunities.
