Qualifications

• 2 years in Operations Management (preferred).
• 2 years of Employee/Assistant Management experience.
• 2 years in Restaurant Management.
• 2 years in Property Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a facility team, schedule, and performance management.
• Drive sales via facility tours and relationship building with restaurants.
• Serve as primary contact for partners, onboarding, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to KPI reviews, planning, and facility P&L reporting.
• Oversee building repair, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
