CloudKitchens in San Francisco is seeking an Associate Operations Manager to oversee daily facility operations, ensure maintenance, and support onboarding of prospective restaurant partners. You will lead and train a facility team, manage order fulfilment and sanitation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction.

This onsite role combines operations, sales, and customer success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years in operations management preferred.
• 2 years in employee/assistant management preferred.
• 2 years in restaurant management preferred.
• 2 years in property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a facility team, handling scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Manage order fulfillment and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee janitorial team and sanitation, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Drive relationship building with restaurant partners and lead tours and sales pitches.
• Participate in planning, reporting KPI metrics, and contribute to profitability.
