You will lead a cross-functional team, manage scheduling and training, and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

The role includes leading tours to potential restaurant partners, managing onboarding with permits and platform setup, and maintaining strong partner relationships to reduce churn.

Qualifications

• Operations Management: 2 years (Preferred).
• Employee/Assistant Management experience: 2 years (Preferred).
• Restaurant management experience: 2 years (Preferred).
• Property management experience: 2 years (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a facility team, including scheduling, training and performance management.
• Drive sales through facility tours and relationship-building with restaurants.
• Serve as primary partner contact, manage onboarding and ongoing partner support to reduce churn.
• Participate in KPI review, planning, and reporting for facility management and profitability.
• Oversee building maintenance, HVAC, refrigeration, and vendor coordination.
