Job summary

CloudKitchens is seeking an Associate Operations Manager for our San Francisco facilities. You will oversee daily operations, maintenance, onboarding of partners, and deliver outstanding customer support.

You will lead a facility team, manage sales interactions with restaurants, ensure high retention, and coordinate with management on KPI and P&L insights, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Based in SF, the role is onsite five days a week with a base salary of $70,000–$78,000 plus equity and

Qualifications

• Operations Management: 2 years preferred.
• Employee/Assistant management: 2 years preferred.
• Restaurant experience: 2 years preferred.
• Property management experience: 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a facility team, schedule, and performance management.
• Lead facility tours and sales pitches to restaurants and relationships-building.
• Own onboarding and partner retention to reduce churn and ensure success.
• Plan with management, track KPIs, and report results to drive profitability.
• Inspect and coordinate maintenance and vendor work to ensure uptime and safety.
