Job summary

CircusTrix dba Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Team Lead to guide daily operations on the park floor, ensuring guest satisfaction and strict safety standards. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities to develop broad leadership experience and maintain park performance.

You’ll lead by example, stepping in as needed to keep the park running smoothly when senior leaders aren’t on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest‑facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Age 18 or older.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, entertainment or recreation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Coach, support, and delegate to Team Members across all departments.
• Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events to maintain guest flow.
• Lead timely guest issue communication to the Management Team.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports when necessary.
