Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an Assistant Operating Director in Holland, MI. You will develop in-office staff, oversee scheduling, and manage administrative and operational functions, sharing on-call responsibilities with other managers.

The role requires strong leadership, sales and HR coordination, and comfort with technology. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required; travel is limited.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates/Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent combination with 2+ years admin/sales/HR experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance proof required.
• Experience leading teams, managing sales goals, and coordinating office operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Office Personnel to ensure performance and alignment with standards.
• Liaise with Home Base for payroll notes, shift verification, and updates.
• Handle client escalations and conduct quality visits for satisfaction.
• Perform state-required supervisory visits as needed.
• Share on-call duties and respond after hours when required.
• Backup for client assessments when the Operations Director is unavailable.
