Cornerstone Caregiving in Holland, MI seeks a Staffing Manager to support the Operating Director with scheduling, recruiting, and on-call coordination. The role oversees caregiver management, client scheduling, and office operations to ensure smooth daily activities and service quality.

Ideal candidates bring two years’ admin/HR experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Google Workspace; a valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required. Limited travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree may substitute with related office/HR experience.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and caregiver/sales coordination is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced office setting and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management including hiring and termination as needed.
• Schedule client and caregiver calendars using company software Axiscare.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• Manage after-hours on-call coverage and urgent schedule changes.
• Provide general office support to the Operating Director.
• Assist with client intakes and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain high-quality client service from calls to in-home visits.
