Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an Assistant Operating Director in Minnesota to lead the in-office team and oversee scheduling, administrative and operational functions. You will share on-call responsibilities with other managers and report to the Operating Director.

You will drive client satisfaction through hands-on supervision, payroll notes liaison, and quality visits, with limited travel and a requirement for a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or combined with experience.
• Associates and/or Bachelor Degree; degree may be substituted with education/experience.
• Valid driver license and auto insurance as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support office staff to ensure performance and alignment with standards.
• Coordinate communication between the office and Home Base, including payroll notes.
• Handle client escalations, conduct check-in calls, and perform quality visits.
• Ensure state supervisory visits meet required standards.
• Share on-call duties and assist after-hours as needed.
• Provide backup for client assessments when the Operations Director is unavailable.
