Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an Assistant Operating Director to join our team in Florida. You will report to and assist the Operating Director, developing and leading in-office staff, and overseeing scheduling, administrative, and operational functions of the office.

You will share on-call responsibilities with other managers and ensure smooth daily operations. The role requires strong leadership, experience in recruitment and HR, and proficiency with Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates/Bachelor degree or equivalent with 2 years office admin/HR experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance proof.
• Experience in administration and managing sales, customer service, and HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support office managers to ensure performance and alignment with standards.
• Serve as liaison with Home Base for payroll notes, shift verification, and updates.
• Handle client escalations, conduct check-up calls, and quality visits.
• Ensure compliance with state-required supervisory visits.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support.
• Backup for client assessments when Operations Director is unavailable.
