Job summary

Wonder is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Plano, TX to run the four walls of our location. You’ll own daily results across kitchen, service, fulfillment, and customer experience, driving performance and consistency in every shift.

You will lead teams, optimize labor, and ensure food safety while partnering with senior leaders to execute brand standards and new menu rollouts. This hands-on role rewards ownership and impact on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing shift operations in fast-paced environments.
• Experience owning operational KPIs including labor deployment, order accuracy, and throughput.
• Proven ability to coach frontline employees with clarity, empathy, and consistency.
• Food safety and team safety protocols knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment.
• Optimize labor deployment and shift readiness to meet volume targets.
• Drive continuous improvement using data and feedback to resolve issues in real time.
• Maintain brand standards and food safety compliance across all stations.
• Lead training and development of team members and help prepare for store openings.
