Job summary

Wonder is hiring an Assistant General Manager to run the four walls of a Bowie, MD location. You will lead kitchen, service, fulfillment, and customer experience, ensuring peak performance across shifts.

You will own daily execution, optimize labor, and rely on data to drive improvements while upholding Wonder brand standards and safety practices. Bring 2+ years of shift ops experience and a Food Manager Certificate to the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing shift operations in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or similar settings.
• Ability to coach frontline employees with clarity, empathy, and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute day-to-day operations across kitchen, fulfillment, service, and customer experience.
• Optimize labor deployment and lead shift readiness to meet volume and throughput targets.
• Proactively use operational data/feedback to identify issues, make real-time decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to maintain flow and consistency.
• Lead and manage team performance with accountability and coaching.
