Job summary

West Liberty Foods, L.L.C. is seeking an Operations Lead to act as the heartbeat of the production floor, coaching the team, troubleshooting tech, and ensuring products meet gold standards. You will drive line performance and supervise data accuracy in the dashboard.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and equipment mastery, with responsibility for setup/teardown and parameter adjustments, plus standby for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing is a plus, attitude and potential are valued.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorships available.
• Must be able to become certified on operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive hour-by-hour line performance by auditing hourly scanning and correcting variances.
• Consolidate production data and documentation within the dashboard every two hours for data accuracy.
• Maintain meat quality and temperature standards and HACCP documentation.
• Lead setup and teardown of machinery; adjust pressures, weights, temperatures, and other parameters.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Safely operate a powered industrial truck and maintain sanitation across the work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
