OSI Industries, LLC is seeking a Group Leader to supervise a team of machine operators in a food production environment. You will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of processes, maintain equipment, and align with production goals.

You will lead daily activities, troubleshoot issues, and coach operators to improve performance. This role emphasizes safety, GMP, SOP compliance, and cross-department collaboration in a fast-paced plant setting.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with understanding of machine operation in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, lead, and support a team of machine operators to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure proper setup, operation, and shutdown of production equipment per company protocols and safety standards.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance, providing coaching for continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate with maintenance to address issues promptly.
• Maintain GMP, SOP compliance, and food safety regulations.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and downtime documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct toolbox talks to promote a safety culture.
• Collaborate with other departments to support smooth workflow and resolve production challenges.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new operators and support skill development.
