Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and support a team of machine operators to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure proper setup, operation, and shutdown of production equipment per company protocols and safety standards.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance, providing coaching for continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate with maintenance to address issues promptly.
• Maintain GMP, SOP compliance, and food safety regulations.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and downtime documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct toolbox talks to promote a safety culture.
• Collaborate with other departments to support smooth workflow and resolve production challenges.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new operators and support skill development.
