Monogram Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production, ensuring performance and quality standards are met. You will lead a team, create daily schedules, and coordinate with maintenance and other departments to keep lines running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in food manufacturing, strong people management and a focus on safety and continuous improvement. This role is on-site in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
• Two or more years of manufacturing experience in the food industry.
• Experience with Lean methodologies is preferred.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Ability to ensure production lines meet schedules and quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day production to meet performance and quality standards.
• Create daily work schedules to ensure lines are sufficiently manned.
• Lead a team to produce high-quality items at set labor and yield rates.
• Monitor employee performance, provide guidance and development support.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time startup.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate materials for daily schedule.
• Maintain and improve production processes.
• Perform quality and safety audits and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
• Manage day-to-day issues and perform other duties as assigned.
