Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of using ERP/Oracle systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor with monitoring production line performance and implement improvements.
• Create production line schedules and direct workflow for assigned lines.
• Ensure adherence to safety and food safety handling procedures.
• Train new production colleagues on machine functions and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/USDA/OSHA regulatory changes and document issues.
• Lead team meetings and support HR-related colleague development and performance management.
• Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
