Job summary

The role manages 15–20 staff, trains and schedules, enforces GMPs, and coordinates maintenance and sanitation to meet production goals. Strong leadership and communication are essential, with flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts. You will report to the operations manager and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teaming skills.
• Ability to prioritize and follow directions with little supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Overtime and weekend availability when required.
• Ability to write reports and procedures.
• Ability to present information clearly to individuals and groups.
• Ability to respond to questions from various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise liquid production areas overnight.
• Train, schedule and develop 15–20 employees.
• Ensure safety and compliance with GMPs.
• Coordinate maintenance, sanitation and service requests.
• Maintain records of time cards, downtime and attendance.
• Communicate with management and other departments.
• Identify and resolve production problems to minimize impact.
