Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing is a plus.
• Must be able to problem solve and perform basic math.
• Must be able to become certified on operating equipment.
• Must be able to work in the United States and authorization to work is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive hour-by-hour line performance by auditing hourly scanning and correcting variances.
• Consolidate production data and documentation within the dashboard every two hours to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain meat quality and temperature standards; ensure HACCP documentation compliance.
