Surface Experts Boston North is seeking a sharp, systems-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to own the back-office engine. You will manage workflow that powers our field and sales teams to win.

Responsibilities include inventory management, purchasing, invoicing, AR support, data management, project support, and SOP development, with an emphasis on improving methods and maintaining strong customer relationships. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Responsibilities

• Business Operations: Inventory management, Purchasing supplies & materials, Invoice preparation & submission, Accounts receivable support, Customer data management, Repair photo database management, Large project & warranty partner support, Business compliance, Vehicle data & maintenance, SOP development.
• Scheduling: Collaborate with Sales, Techs, and SC to optimize technician schedules; communicate with customers to plan repair dates; weekly schedule development.
• Business Development (Account management): Assist with quotes, follow-up communications, occasional outside sales.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve methods and processes; prioritize customer relationships.
