Nen Creative is seeking an Operations Lead to own the day‑to‑day operations across finance, contracts, people operations, and internal systems. You’ll work closely with founders and fast‑growing tech clients to move fast and scale efficiently.

The role is hands‑on, demands initiative, exceptional organization, and the ability to design and implement scalable processes, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure compliance while supporting company growth.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in business operations, finance operations, or similar roles at a fast-growing startup.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, non-traditional hours environment.
• Proactive, ownership-driven with initiative; can work independently.
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience reviewing and redlining contracts; negotiating terms a plus.
• Active interest in using AI tools to improve workflows.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with leadership, employees, clients, and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Own accounts payable/receivable, client invoicing, vendor payments, and expense reconciliation.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow tracking, and forecasting.
• Review, redline, and manage client and vendor agreements, NDAs, and other contracts; ensure compliance.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, documentation, policies, and vendor management.
• Build and improve internal workflows, reporting dashboards, and operational systems; automate repetitive tasks.
